Villa Alina

This villa sits in a large corner plot with a beautifully landscaped garden with an abundance of flowers and plants. The private pool is at the heart of the villa surrounded by the pretty garden. When the sun begins to set a  favourite place to relax is the first floor balcony where you can enjoy sunsets to remember.

The villa is arranged over two floors with three bedrooms.

Ground Floor:

The main entrance door opens to a large open plan living and kitchen area with a dining area set off from the kitchen. The kitchen is well fitted with an electric hob, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a utility area to the rear of the kitchen which houses the washing machine.

The living area has satellite television, a DVD player, coffee table and ample seating. Patio glass doors lead from the living area to the pool, garden area and front veranda.

Leading off from the kitchen is a large dining area with a round table and seating for 6 people.

There is a guest WC.

First Floor:

An attractive marble and wrought iron staircase leads up to the first floor hall leading to the three bedrooms. All three bedrooms have patio doors leading to the balcony at the front of the villa. The balcony has table and chairs for relaxing and taking in the spectacular sea views.

The main bedroom has a wooden double bed and ample wardrobe space for storage and hanging. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower, hand basin and WC.

The further two bedrooms each have twin beds and ample wardrobe space.

The main bathroom is at the rear of the first floor and is well equipped with WC, wash basin, bath and shower.

Grounds of the Villa:

The garden around the villa is well stocked. Much landscaping and planting has been done to great effect using both indigenous and foreign plant varieties. The main feature of the garden is the large private swimming pool around which there are sun loungers, tables, chairs and umbrellas. There is a large patio area with a table and seating. A charcoal barbecue is also provided for outdoor eating. 

There is a parking space at the side of the villa for 1 car.
