There are currently
three main golf courses on the western side of
Cyprus.
The Tsada Golf
Club
This is one of the oldest golf
courses in Cyprus. It was founded
in 1994 on the hills of Tsada, set on the grounds of a
12th century monastery on the outskirts of
Paphos. It
is an 18 hole course designed by Donald Steel. It plays
to a par 72 and is 6060 metres long. It is 550 metres
above sea level and as such enjoys gentle cooling
breezes during the Summer
months.
The course has recently been renovated
and opened June 2007.
LOCATION
Tsada Golf Club is situated
in the hills around the village of Tsada,15 km
north-east from the city of Paphos.
From Paphos
you take the B7 direction Polis, at the village of
Tsada turn right into the village. Follow the
E207 direction to Kallepia until the signs towards
the Golf Course. This is about 1 km from Tsada
village.
Turn right and at the end of this road
is the Tsada Golf
Club.

The Secret Valley Golf
Club
The Secret Valley Golf Course is
a highly prestigious golf course located by the renowned
area of "Petra tou Romiou", the legendary birthplace of
Aphrodite, the Goddess of love. It is set in a scenic
valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful natural
rock formations. Consistently appearing as the preferred
course amongst the island's visiting players in terms of
sheer playability and enjoyment.
The course is an 18 hole par
72 course.
LOCATION
Located 18
km east of Paphos and 49 km west from Limassol, near to
the rock of Aphrodite.
On the highway Paphos-Limassol
or Limassol-Paphos there are large signs of where to
exit. From there the signs will lead you to the Secret
Valley Golf Course. From the Highway exit it is a drive
of about 3 km into the valley.

The Aphrodite Hills Golf
Club
The Aphrodite Hills Golf Club is
located near Paphos in Cyprus, overlooking the
Mediterranean, taking its name from the birthplace of
Aphrodite, which it overlooks. Aphrodite Hills has been
described as an award winning 18 hole championship golf
course and academy.
Designed by Cabell B.
Robinson, this Cyprus golf course was officially opened
in 2002. Surrounded by a protected forest, the fairways
cut a swathe through lakes, olive and carob trees and
the golf course comprises two plateaux separated by a
dramatic ravine which offers golfers an original and
breathtakingly stunning backdrop.
The Aphrodite Hills golf
resort spans a massive 234 hectares (578 acres) with the
golf course weaving in and around the development. The
golf course is 6,299 metres long and plays at a par
71/70.
The golf resort includes
facilities such as a luxury hotel, spa, championship
tournament golf course, double-ended 350m practice
range, PGA qualified instructors, golfing academy,
3-hole academy course for beginners, luxurious clubhouse
with restaurant and bar, and a pro
shop.
